Emergency Key Boxes

KAWAPI’s Emergency Key Box are designed to secure a restricted keys or keys to pump rooms, lift wells, meter boxes and many more uses. When an emergency arises and access to the key is necessary, break the glass & get acess to the restricted key. Constructed of ABS Plastic and features key hook & mounts easily to a wall.

Magnetic Door Holder

The KAWAPI KP-304 range of door holder is ideally suited to applications where maximum protection is needed against vandalism or mechanical damage. Each model features a rugged plastic housing, a holding magnet with integral ejection pin and a manual release switch.

Each door holder is fitted with a spring loaded release pin mounted centrally within the electro magnet. On power off, the release pin then ensures that the fire door is pushed away from the electro-magnet.

With its high holding force, is particularly useful in industrial applications where normal holding forces are inappropriate. Each unit is supplied complete with a keeper plate & adhesive drilling template for easy installation.

Heat Detector

The KAWAPI KP-303 Mechanical Heat Detector is intended for use in property protection applications or for non-life-safety installations where smoke detection is not practical or appropriate.

This detector consists of single-circuit, featuring rate-of-rise thermal sensors or combination fixed temperature & rate-of-rise sensors, with temperature ratings of 135ºF (57ºC) or 194ºF (90ºC) & carrying the CE Marking.

The Kawapi KP-302 Call Point are designed to offered uncompromising quality and realiability regardless of configurations in the aspect of installation efficiency, flexibility and full compliance with the latest BS 5839: PT2 and EN54: PT 11. To facilitated the compatibility to majority of central control equipment manufactured in the world. A variety of monitoring resistors value are available by request to make Kawapi Call Point easily adopted to most fire alarm system world wide. The Call Point are constructed from fire retardants ABS engineering plastic thus withstand high impact strength and high resistance to heat.

Fire Alarm Bell

The Kawapi KP-301 alarm bell is an easy to install, maintenance free Audible Signaling Device designed to cater for the needs of Fire Detection System with Central Control Equipment. This low current, high performance bell, services the needs of most adverse condition providing fewer working parts, easy installation, high level sound output. Providing a clear warning to personnel during emergency. The KP-301 alarm bell is designed to EN-54 with built in varistor to meet the EMC requirement.
